Chase Walseth - call or text or email - 727-755-3830

January 12th, 6:00pm to 7:30pm CAREER SEMINAR. EVERYONE WELCOME. Keller Williams Seminole. 5666 Seminole Blvd Seminole FL 33776

Here are my FAQs and quick tips:

1. You need to take a real estate class either in person or online. Cost - about $150

2. You need to be fingerprinted and get a background check. Cost - $75

3. You need to pass your classroom exam THEN take the State Exam - Cost - $50

4. Get hired by a brokerage that allows you to hang your license. No cost.

5. Pay MLS dues, PRO (Pinellas Realtor Org) dues, office fees, etc - Cost -  about $1000

Quick tips:

1. Don't do real estate "part-time". It's next to impossible to break even just selling 1-2 houses per year because of fees, split commissions, and time and effort. Either jump in with both feet (with proper training of course) or don't do it at all

2. Free time and "being your own boss" is great, but it's for leveraged agents only. Don't expect to get into real estate and have deals and piles of money just fall into your lap. You'll have to run your career like a new business, and a lot of new businesses go broke in 2 years or less. Prospect, Follow up, give Great customer service, and follow up some more! Training and coaching are necessary to become successful and stay on top of your success.

3. "Leveraged" means working smarter, not harder. If you can pay someone to do a job for less money than you are worth, DO IT. Your time is worth more than you think it's worth.

1. FREE LEADS: You will get walk-in traffic, floor time, Zillow, Trulia, Pay-per-click, Facebook, Google ad words, CRM, Bold, SmartZip,,, LEADS, FREE to you. The only job you have on this team is to follow up and produce.

2. Team Culture: The culture at the Troy Walseth Team is competitive (In a fun, friendly way), structured, light-hearted, and about building a business for the future.

3. EDUCATION: If you think you know it all, we don't want you on our team. Troy has been in real estate for 23 years and still does not go a day in his life without learning something new about real estate, building a business, leadership, team management, expansion, or marketing. "Keller Williams is an education-based training company that just happens to sell real estate". You are never done learning. Daily, weekly, and monthly training sessions, classes, and leading market-producer speakers are held in-office.
