Flipping Houses In Pinellas County

Flipping houses in Pinellas County has become more popular since our market has exploded. It's much harder to find that "deal" that you could've 2-3 years ago. Properties on the MLS are open to Realtors, investors, and now regular homebuyers because of sites like Trulia, Zillow, and homes.com.

BUT that doesn't mean good candidates aren't still abundant! With a Realtor as your "boots on the ground" you can still find off-market properties, recent or current foreclosures, short sales, auction properties, and pocket-listings that lack the competition of MLS-listed property.

The data that I collect for my investor-clients is showing me more and more that investors are NOT purchasing "traditional" flip houses like REOs and Bank-owned property. Bank-owned homes are being priced higher and higher because customers are willing to do some work themselves and because the bank usually ends up with multiple offers if they have anything decent.

Now, I can't give all the information for free on an open blog like this, but what I can do is tell you to contact me personally to find where some of these new deals are listed.
