Now is still a great time to buy a home.  Not as good as it was 4 years ago but prices are still on their way up and interest rates are at a 40 year low.  Buffett expects about 3 to 4 more years of sharp price climbs in housing before the market levels off at its normal 3-5% increases.

Housing right now is still an undervalued asset and there are still some great investment opportunities out there.
