Tampa Bay Home Prices Continue To Skyrocket This Summer

Thinking of purchasing a home along the Gulf Beaches? We are seeing home prices that soared nearly 17 percent in June, the biggest year-over-year jump since last summer and the second-highest increase of any Florida metro area.
We have seen a turn into a Sellers market, as we have more buyers than sellers in Pinellas County. And looking for a deal? Bank owned properties are down to the lowest levels in over 10 years, as of June, sales of bank owned properties were down over 40%! And sellers are netting 94% of their asking price!!
