Thanksgiving is a time for family, joy and gratitude. We're thankful for helping our clients achieve the dream of home ownership. Just consider these great benefits homeowners can be thankful for:

  • Tax Deductions

  • Equity

  • Stability

  • Appreciation of Value

  • Increased Borrowing Power

  • More Financial Freedom

What I love about Thanksgiving:

  • I always look forward to my moms mashed potato and my dads stuffing (dressing for you southerners). It always reminds me of growing up and Thanksgiving being such a big deal!

  • My entire family is from Michigan and as all Michiganders know, the Lions play every Thanksgiving. Now, we lose most of those game but it still a great time to enjoy family and football.

  • My wife Aly has perfected the sweet potato casserole and the green bean casserole, I always make sure to grab a plate (or two) of leftovers!

  • How great are Turkey sandwiches the next day?!

  • The time with all of my family and wife's family is time I never take for granted. This year will be even more special because our new baby girl gets to experience her first Thanksgiving and I am thankful for that! :-)

As you enjoy this holiday season, may your heart be filled with gratitude. From my home to yours, Happy Thanksgiving!
