With over nine years in the industry, Indiana native Trish (Go Bears!) is knowledgeable in Hillsborough, Manatee, Sarasota, Pasco and Hernando counties, with a main focus on Pinellas. She specializes in the beach communities, single-family homes on and off the water, condos, second homes, and short-term rental/investment properties. Trish is known for her extensive knowledge of all things real estate (she teaches a beach community class for other realtors!) and her focus on exceptional customer service. Married for almost 20 years, she has a son, Wyatt, two dogs and a cat. When not working, you can find her curled up with a good book, enjoying our beaches or on the golf course with her husband or friends.
